Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Partner Chief to develop strategies and align with key stakeholders
- Manage the execution and implementation of in-store visual marketing solutions, including displays, fixture placement, lighting, materials, and in-store signage
- Oversee large or complex projects involving cross-functional teams from initiation to store delivery
- Apply space planning and visual marketing techniques to operationalize presentations
- Support the development of Visual Marketing tools, resources, and onboarding guides at Work space and Field
- Lead through ambiguity, foster connections with cross-functional teams, and promote Walmart Visual as a critical capability
Essential Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Visual Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Work space Visual Marketing
- 2 years of in-store retail experience
- Proven ability to effectively coach, build skills, and develop diverse and inclusive teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to remain agile and calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative
- Familiarity with Large Box Retailer operations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing visual marketing projects
- Background in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Print creation experience
- Visual marketing or related creative field experience
