Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty), your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Actively listening to customers and asking questions to identify their needs
  • Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing
  • Processing new and/or amended enrollments
  • Ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An active resident license to sell Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Passion for helping others

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Fluent in English or Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
