Job Summary

- Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and optimize outbound calling campaigns for maximum effectiveness and success.
- Meet and exceed established targets for outbound call volume, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics.
