Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, care plans, and outcomes using case management and quality management processes

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or social services
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, human services, or a related field (psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling) or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Case management and discharge planning experience
  • Managed Care experience
  • Advanced degree in a related field (master's or non-licensed master's level clinician)

Skill and Competency Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
