Associate Director of Student Recruitment
This position is both remote & onsite and requires extensive travel throughout the United States to recruit students.

As KSE expands its product offerings and customer reach, we seek an Associate Director of Academic Partnerships & Recruitment who will be responsible for student recruitment and enrollment for our programs — Connect, MasterScholar, and the veriii portfolio — by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential students in the US and other priority international markets. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can design and execute multi-channel outreach strategies, build and maintain relationships with schools, counselors, student organizations, universities, agents and influencers/community partners, and represent our programs at conferences, college fairs, and on-campus events across the United States.
The Associate Director of Student Recruitment will track recruitment metrics, optimize strategies based on data, and collaborate closely with marketing and other teams to ensure outreach efforts translate into measurable sales enrollment.
We are looking for a minimum of 6 years proven experience in student recruitment, university or institutional outreach and partnerships, admissions, or B2B sales/business development in educational or ed-tech programs, with demonstrated success in engaging and enrolling high-potential students, and/or winning institutional conversions to products/programs.
The ideal candidate will have a background in U.S. college admissions, student recruitment and B2B Sales/Business Development with professional experience in the U.S. and/or international high school and/or university sectors, and access to professional networks. We will prioritize professional experience in the US and/or international high school, preferably with independent/international schools, and access to professional networks.
Responsibilities
• Design multi-channel recruitment campaigns and implement targeted outreach strategies to achieve student recruitment goals and maximize student enrollment.
• Conduct outreach efforts and forge partnerships with schools, universities, organizations and other stakeholders in the US and other target countries, through one-on-one interactions, webinars, other industry events, B2B marketing and E-mail marketing.
• Actively build and maintain relationships with high schools, teachers, school counselors, and career advisors to generate student referrals.
• Conduct presentations and promote programs at schools, colleges, and universities, education fairs, educational conferences, open houses, high-school visits and on-campus events to engage prospective students and parents and to promote KSE programs.
• Leverage existing networks and professional relationships to identify prospective students and recruit high-potential students.
• Develop relationships with student clubs, societies, academic organizations, community organizations, youth programs, and educational networks to expand outreach opportunities and promote program.
• Collaborate with marketing team to share content, success stories, student, parent, professor and institutional testimonials across digital assets, channels and marketing material. Support online and in-person marketing/digital efforts, including webinars, info sessions, workshops.
• Work with brand team and other colleagues to develop schools related marketing materials, drive schools marketing efforts as needed.
• Track prospective student inquiries and maintain accurate records in CRM or lead-tracking systems. Follow up systematically with prospective students and families to provide guidance, answer questions to ensure smooth application completion. Segment leads to prioritize outreach and optimize conversion rates.
• Track key recruitment metrics, assess the ROI of outreach activities, and provide regular reports to leadership on performance and opportunities for improvement. Analyze recruitment data monthly to measure strategy effectiveness, optimize efforts, and deliver actionable insights on program outreach results.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Communications, Education or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 years proven experience in student recruitment, university or institutional outreach and partnerships, admissions, or B2B sales/business development in educational or ed-tech programs, with demonstrated success in engaging and enrolling high-potential students, and/or winning institutional conversions to products/programs.
• Professional experience in the US and/or international high school/K-12 sectors, preferably with independent/international schools, and access to professional networks.
• Strategic, business-oriented thinking
• Good grasp of customer and student behaviors and insights
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage students, parents, educators, and community partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple outreach initiatives and events simultaneously.
• Comfortable with travel across the U.S. to attend conferences, college fairs, and on-site recruitment events.
• Ability to participate in occasional weekend and evening commitments
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving enrollment goals.
• High degree of professionalism, and team-oriented attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree
• Experience working in a global company, including with international students
• Experience in pre-college/college pathway program/academic enrichment program r recruitment
• Experience with CRM Systems (e.g. Slate CRM), lead-tracking tools, and basic data analysis to monitor recruitment metrics and optimize strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this full-time position depends on your location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
This position generally begins with a base salary of $75,000, which may be higher depending on your experience and track record, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $100,000 in performance-based bonuses annually, for a total potential compensation of $175,000.
