About the Role: Virtual Call Center Agent

We're seeking a talented and experienced Virtual Call Center Agent to join our team as a part-time telephone interviewer. As a Virtual Call Center Agent, you'll play a critical role in conducting outbound surveys with respondents and accurately recording their answers. Your work will help our clients gain valuable insights into customer satisfaction, politics, and other topics, enabling them to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound surveys with respondents via phone, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Accurately record respondent answers into our survey software platform, maintaining high levels of data quality.
  • Handle difficult calls with poise and professionalism, resolving any issues that may arise during the survey process.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Work in a dedicated, quiet workspace that is free from distractions, ensuring a high level of focus and concentration.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to read and speak clearly, with excellent communication skills.
  • Capacity to handle challenging calls in a professional and composed manner.
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to accurately capture respondent answers.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to sit and type for extended periods, maintaining focus and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or survey environment.
  • Familiarity with survey software platforms and data collection tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues as needed.
