Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging virtual tutoring sessions to K-12 students in subjects such as Math, Reading, and ELL.
• Utilize our pre-planned curriculum and adapt your teaching style to personalize lessons for each student, ensuring they feel supported and motivated.
• Work in a 1:1 or 1:3 setting with students using our Littera Virtual platform, fostering an interactive and collaborative learning environment.
• Maintain consistent weekly availability and adhere to a set schedule, ensuring reliability and continuity for our students.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in teaching or tutoring K-12 students, preferably in Math, Reading, or ELL.
• Proficiency in utilizing online virtual tools and technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.
• A reliable desktop or laptop with a high-speed internet connection, a headset with a microphone, and a quiet, dedicated tutoring space.
• Location within the United States, as all tutoring sessions are conducted within the US.
• Availability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule between Monday and Friday, 5 PM to 9 PM EST.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with curriculum design or adaptation, although our pre-planned curriculum minimizes the need for lesson planning.
