  • Moderate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
  • Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving documents, printing documents, and accessing information online)
  • Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a page, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and filling out forms online
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge in this role:

  • Experience in retail or healthcare
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
