Job Summary

As a Retail Fragrances Sales Associate - Maison Margiela at Macy's Aventura store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating and selling fragrances and related beauty items to our customers. You will be a product educator and beauty enthusiast, specializing in making our customers feel beautiful and confident. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acknowledging customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Determining customer needs based on their preferences
• Explaining and demonstrating the use of fragrances through actual application
• Ensuring proper presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock
• Using our clientele program to build relationships with customers, meet sales goals, and share promotions and product launches
• Ensuring customers are aware of our full-line of beauty products and services and making appropriate partnerships with colleagues in the Beauty area when necessary
• Participating in pre-selling and sales-driving events to maximize sales
• Merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and select merchandise to return to vendors
• Using point of sale technology and applications, including handheld equipment, to assist in selling and fulfilling customer orders
• Adhering to hygiene standards and asset protection control and compliance procedures
