Job Summary
As the Website Coordinator - Webflow Expert, you will be the key stakeholder for our website, StuVoice.org, and other digital properties. You'll be responsible for creating new website pages, maintaining consistency across the website, and ensuring a positive user experience for our target audiences. This role requires extensive knowledge of Webflow, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Be the primary owner of StuVoice.org and other digital properties, ensuring seamless user experiences and up-to-date content.
- Webpage Creation: Design and develop new webpages for Student Voice programs, events, and campaigns using Webflow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members via Slack and email, attend weekly team calls, and contribute to co-designing national campaigns.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with partner organizations, ensuring authentic youth engagement through Student Voice projects.
- Content Consistency: Ensure consistency in text copy and visual graphics across the website, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
- Project-Based Work: Participate in strategizing projects, providing input on innovative ideas and solutions.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Dedicated Work Time: At least 5-10 hours/week of dedicated work time, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with extensive experience in Webflow website hosting platform.
- Remote Work: Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with excellent communication and organization skills.
- Google Drive and Slack: Experience with Google Drive and Slack, with ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and highly adaptive, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Web Development: Experience with web development principles, including UI/UX design and human-centered design approaches.
- Education Reform: Familiarity with education reform initiatives and student-centered learning principles.
- Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Asana or Trello.
