Key Responsibilities

As an Analytics & Data Early Career Professional in the Investigation and Information Examiner Program, you will:

• Acquire hands-on experience working as part of a high-performing team to build your analytical and interpersonal skills on a daily basis
• Experience school-to-corporate temporary development, including a monthly learning plan, TED Talk discussions, a virtual speaker series from leaders across the organization, and other cross-organization events
• Receive professional guidance from a dedicated program manager and supervisor who will support your delivery of Wells Fargo's Professional Development Program
• Participate in networking activities and community engagement with other professionals and analytical community members
• Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and improve the internal and external customer experience

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Solid analytical skills, including decisively analyzing/controlling data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing interventions
