The Opportunity
As an Insurance Agent with Workwarp, you'll have the chance to build a fulfilling career in Life and Health Insurance sales, working with top-rated carriers and a range of proprietary product lines. You'll respond to client requests, set appointments, and work with families to protect and prepare for their financial futures. Our clients have already expressed a need for our services, so you won't need to cold call or engage in door-to-door sales. Instead, you'll focus on building rapport, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and inquiries, setting appointments and meeting with families to discuss their financial needs.
- Utilize our easy-to-use online tools to write applications, and build strong relationships with clients through the Zoom platform or telephone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training, resources, and mentorship to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Attend virtual training meetings and contribute to team discussions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- A valid Life, Health, and Accidental Insurance license (or a willingness to obtain one through our streamlined online study course).
- A strong work ethic and self-discipline, with the ability to work independently from home.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field.
