The Opportunity

As an Insurance Agent with Workwarp, you'll have the chance to build a fulfilling career in Life and Health Insurance sales, working with top-rated carriers and a range of proprietary product lines. You'll respond to client requests, set appointments, and work with families to protect and prepare for their financial futures. Our clients have already expressed a need for our services, so you won't need to cold call or engage in door-to-door sales. Instead, you'll focus on building rapport, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests and inquiries, setting appointments and meeting with families to discuss their financial needs.
  • Utilize our easy-to-use online tools to write applications, and build strong relationships with clients through the Zoom platform or telephone.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training, resources, and mentorship to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Attend virtual training meetings and contribute to team discussions.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • A valid Life, Health, and Accidental Insurance license (or a willingness to obtain one through our streamlined online study course).
  • A strong work ethic and self-discipline, with the ability to work independently from home.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field.
  • A proven track record of success in sales or customer service.
  • Strong leadership potential and a desire to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Experience with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms.
