 - Utilizing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions, leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions and ensure data quality and accuracy
 - Providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem
 - Powering customer story analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools
 - Proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
 - Collaborating with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end strategy
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting for data-driven projects, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience
 - Experience with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
 - Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles, with excellent typing speed and accuracy
 - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
 - Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems, with flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed
