Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients and contributing to the success of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Customer Interactions: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Call Control and De-escalation: Employ effective call control and de-escalation techniques to manage challenging customer interactions.
  • CRM Software: Utilize our CRM software to manage client interactions, update records, and track performance metrics.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment by communicating effectively with peers, management, and customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Typing Proficiency: A typing speed of 50+ WPM with good computer skills is necessary.
  • Call Center Experience: A minimum of 1 year of call center experience with a high call volume is required.
  • QA/KPI Scores: Average 90% or higher QA/KPI scores are expected.
  • CRM Software Experience: Experience with CRM software is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Home Service Industry Experience: Experience in the home service industry, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, is preferred.
