Job Summary
We're seeking a dynamic, customer-obsessed, and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for growing our 3P market in the USA, acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that enhance our product selection, pricing, and customer experience. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues, develop and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players, and provide guidance to sellers on best practices for online selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Insights: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends/activities, and monitor competitor efforts.
- Seller Acquisition and Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Seller Guidance and Support: Guide sellers through sharing best practices for online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues.
- GTM Strategy Development: Develop and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players and maximize our product selection and customer base.
Primary Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Business Experience: 1-3 years of successful business sales experience, preferably in ecommerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Sales Achievement: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced conversation and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
- Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Commercial Judgment: Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ecommerce Experience: 2+ years of ecommerce experience is a plus.
- Consumer Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.
- Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
