Key Responsibilities

• Work with a range of text, speech, and other types of data to support the development of Alexa's AI capabilities.
• Deliver high-quality annotated data, utilizing guidelines provided to meet our KPIs, and leveraging in-house tools and software.
• Report issues with tools and software as and when they occur, and provide feedback to improve existing tooling.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all relevant Amazon policies for protecting sensitive information.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and data quality.
