Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with American Express card members: Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Qualifications

We're looking for experienced customer service professionals with a passion for delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment.
