Key Responsibilities

• Construct examinations, information perceptions, and multi-functional reporting to support business operations and decision-making
• Answer business questions and provide analytical expertise on trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions
• Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data experiences and products
• Use data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and preferences and drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a successful story, open across different audiences, and ultimately to a tangible business outcome
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical partners

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
