As a Remote Digital Panelist Specialist, you will be the core of our data collection efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, engage, and manage our online community of digital panelists who participate in various market research studies. This role requires a meticulous and organized individual with a passion for building relationships and ensuring the integrity of our data. You will work independently to support research projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Panelist Recruitment: Identify and implement strategies to expand our digital panel with qualified and diverse participants.
Panel Management: Manage the daily operations of the panel, including participant screening, profile updates, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Communication & Support: Act as the main point of contact for panelists, responding to inquiries and providing timely support via email and other communication channels.
Data Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the integrity and reliability of data provided by panelists.
Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and research teams to schedule and coordinate panelist participation in surveys, interviews, and other studies.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key panel metrics, such as engagement rates, retention, and recruitment progress.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve panelist communication, engagement, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in market research, community management, or a similar role.
Proven experience in recruiting and managing online communities or survey panels.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
High level of attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with survey software and panel management tools.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but not required with relevant experience.
