Key Responsibilities

As a Transportation Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Driving towards simple, scalable solutions to complex problems, utilizing excellent project management skills
• Collaborating with business and operations teams to solve customer escalations, analyze historic results, and initiate programs in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity
• Improving visibility tools, methods, and processes to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to internal and external partners
• Showing significant ownership of customer issues, proactively initiating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process changes as required
• Communicating effectively with internal customers, including Customer Service, Merchant Management, Logistics Management, Fulfillment Centers, Transportation Programs, and Human Resources
• Utilizing exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create compelling positioning and messaging strategies, presenting complex information clearly and concisely
• Managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong analytical, mediation, and problem-resolution skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or statistics
• Experience with Excel, including data analysis and visualization
• Experience with SQL, including data querying and manipulation
