About the Role

As an Apple Home Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with their Apple products and services. You'll engage with customers over the phone, chat, and email, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through the effective use of their devices. Key Responsibilities
