Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Sales and Service Representative to join our team in Amarillo, TX. As a Call Center Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for utilizing proven sales and service techniques to build customer relationships, enhance the buying experience, retain customers, upsell, and exceed customer care commitments. You will work in a fast-paced and exciting call center environment, interacting with customers and providing world-class service. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize proven sales and service techniques to build customer relationships, enhance the buying experience, retain customers, upsell, and exceed customer care commitments
- Provide world-class service in a fast-paced, exciting call center environment by delivering an effortless customer experience
- Interact proficiently with a variety of online systems to problem solve, identify sales and retention opportunities, and present an all-inclusive solution that meets the customer's needs
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and service objectives in a fast-paced call center environment
- Work day, evening, holiday, night, weekend, and/or split shifts if required
- Satisfactorily complete on-the-job and/or classroom training
- Effectively use multiple systems to identify and communicate products that meet the customer's needs, and resolve the customer's problem in a productive manner
- Operate a computer and have basic keyboarding skills
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of sales and service experience in a call center environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales and service in a call center environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A competitive salary with average earnings over $73K and Top Performers over $100K (base pay plus commissions)
- $4,000 sign-on bonus payable as follows: $2,000 after 6 months and $2,000 after one year of service
- Hourly base pay based on qualifications and between $10.00 to $21.99, with increases every 6 months of active service up to the top pay
