Job Overview

We are hiring 100s of Customer Care Representatives in the Las Vegas, NV area to join our Customer Care division. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your goal will be to offer solutions that simplify our members' health care experience, while providing heart-driven service that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing questions and concerns in a patient and helpful manner
  • Take inbound calls and provide timely and accurate information regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Offer solutions that simplify our members' health care experience, while providing heart-driven service that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
