Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative-Remote (Healthcare), you will work from home and interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. You will represent one of our leading healthcare clients, assisting members with their insurance-related needs, including inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. Your goal will be to provide a positive and welcoming experience to members, being empathetic and answering their inquiries thoroughly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support to members of our leading healthcare clients
- Help customers resolve technical issues related to their insurance coverage
- Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
- Assess all inbound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
- Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
- Be efficient in navigating multiple systems to resolve member inquiries
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Essential Qualifications
- Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
