**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Chewy, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. You'll be responsible for:
* **Engaging with Customers**: You'll interact with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Research and Problem-Solving**: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
* **Going Above and Beyond**: You'll go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **1-2 Years of Customer-Focused Experience**: You'll have a proven track record of working in a customer-focused environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: You'll possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* **Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving**: You'll be able to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* **Flexibility and Adaptability**: You'll be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts and overtime as needed.
* **KY Rx Tech License**: You'll be required to obtain a KY Rx Tech license, which will be provided by Chewy.
