We’re currently hiring for the role of Shift Manager. This role is more than a job title; it's a stepping stone to a career of store management. Experience Required
- One year of management experience in retail/customer service, two years preferred OR 4+ years of US Military service
- One year experience in team supervision, coaching and team-building
- Strong problem solving skills and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with prior experience in an environment focused on sales
