Job Summary

As a Call Center Representative for Nexa Receptionists, you will play a critical role in managing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between our clients and their customers. You will be responsible for handling a high-volume of calls, using scripted verbiage, scheduling appointments, and transferring calls, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain call control while providing exceptional and efficient service to clients and their customers
  • Use an appropriate tone of voice while conveying empathy and compassion where necessary
  • Follow account-specific instructions, including scripted verbiage, appointment scheduling, and call transfers
  • Notate accurate and important information to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
  • Escalate challenges and issues to supervisors or relevant teams as needed
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, customers, and internal teams

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Available to work some weekends and/or holiday shifts
  • Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
  • Computer proficiency skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and monitors
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to handle a high-volume of callers and maintain a composed demeanor
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Complete and pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the home services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant technologies
