Key Responsibilities of the Community Moderator Fellow
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a range of activities designed to create a supportive and engaging community environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Timely Engagement (24-hour Turnaround): Respond quickly to member introduction posts and practice management inquiries to foster an active and engaging environment, ensuring that all community members feel welcome and supported.
- Expert Tagging and Connection: Tag relevant experts within the community to facilitate informed discussions and enhance member learning, leveraging your knowledge of community members and their areas of expertise.
- Content Linking and Resource Promotion: Link back to other community posts, Osmind content, and relevant resources to provide members with comprehensive support and information, promoting community resources and events to maximize member participation based on post topics.
- Moderation and Quality Control: Monitor community interactions to maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere, following our code of conduct and flagging any community misconduct to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all members.
- Event Promotion Support: Assist in promoting live community events by dropping links to appropriate events in threads, helping to drive engagement and participation in community activities.
Essential Qualifications for the Community Moderator Fellow Role
