Key Responsibilities

As a CT Technologist with Vetted Health, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting patient assessments and preparing them for CT scans
  • Operating CT equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Positioning patients correctly to ensure accurate image capture
  • Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Current BLS certification
  • National and state certification (and/or as required)
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week
  • Ability to travel to Columbia, South Carolina, and live within 60 miles of the facility

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
