About the Customer Experience Associate Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organizational team players and agents in a timely and professional manner. You will interact directly with the sales team, internal and external customers, and IT, managing multiple projects simultaneously and possessing strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel, including in-house agents, high-profile agents, senior management, and regional managers.
- Monitor internal support queues, reviewing, processing, and assigning inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with Regional Managers and Sales Representatives to meet account performance objectives, meet clients' expectations, provide and maintain client satisfaction, and ensure problem resolution.
- Develop a strong knowledge of proprietary systems, agency operations, and title software to provide expert support and guidance.
- Assist the Onboarding Manager with new agent onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent customer experience.
- Support the internal agent audit team, providing administrative assistance and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Answer incoming calls, providing support or directing customers to the appropriate department, and preparing reports as required.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; experience in title insurance, customer support, or title software is a plus.
- Analytical skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Advanced knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Products, Title Software, and Jira, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with effective communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and support.
- Knowledge of the title insurance industry, including agency operations and title software.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
