What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty), you'll work from the comfort of your own home and:

  • Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure customers make informed decisions.
  • Process new and/or amended enrollments with accuracy and efficiency.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An active license to sell Property and Casualty insurance.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Residence in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence.
  • Fluent English or bilingual Spanish/English language skills.
  • A patient and empathetic nature, with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
