Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Eligibility Consultant, Paper Operations - Arizona to join our team. As an Eligibility Consultant, you will play a critical role in verifying enrollment status, making changes to member records, and addressing a variety of enrollment questions or concerns. You will maintain enrollment databases and coordinate the transfer of eligibility data, ensuring that our systems are up-to-date and accurate. This is a remote work opportunity, and candidates must reside in Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify enrollment status and make changes to member records as needed
- Address a variety of enrollment questions or concerns from members and internal stakeholders
- Maintain enrollment databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Coordinate the transfer of eligibility data between systems and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve enrollment-related issues and improve processes
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care or insurance setting
- 1+ years of eligibility verification experience, with a strong understanding of enrollment processes and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong data entry skills
- QuickBase knowledge is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- 1+ years of Medicaid or Medicare experience, with a strong understanding of government-sponsored health care programs
- QNXT systems knowledge, with experience working with complex data systems and software applications
- Experience working from home, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
