About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Executive for Non-Profit Organizations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with large non-profits and advocacy groups in North America. You will be working closely with our VP of Sales, Advocacy North America, to identify new business opportunities, secure demonstrations, and close deals. Your strong research and communication skills, combined with your ability to network and build relationships, will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Uncover potential opportunities in the non-profit and advocacy space through cold outreach and prospecting strategies
  • Secure demonstrations to senior decision-makers within organizations
  • Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries in a timely manner
  • Close deals and see the process through to invoicing of contract value
  • Regularly update relevant information on Salesforce CRM
  • Achieve monthly sales targets on a cumulative basis
  • Monitor and report on activities, providing relevant management information
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions to perform duties and aid business and organizational development
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least five years of experience working with and selling into the non-profit and advocacy space
  • A strong work ethic, focused, and a hunter mentality
  • Experience with SaaS products and a understanding of the complex nature of CRM systems
  • Ability to interact with C-Suite to Associate level
  • High presentation skills and exceptional face-to-face communication skills
  • Experience generating opportunities from cold call to close
  • Ability to excel at networking, setting up meetings, and closing deals
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure and independently

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Self-motivated with demonstrated success based on previous performance
  • Effective, collaborative, consultative, and excited to connect the needs of our clients with our capabilities
  • Motivated by the desire to constantly learn in a changing environment and actively contribute to a dynamic team structure
  • A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Salesforce CRM and the MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of non-profit or fundraising software is a major bonus
