Key Responsibilities
As a Client Support Information Expert, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Creating and maintaining global client support dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and seller partners using various BI tools like Tableau
- Collaborating with the Netflix Data Insights team to migrate ad-hoc Tableau dashboards into Netflix's custom data visualization tools
- Extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in client support data
- Providing level one support to seller partners and working with data engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of data integrity issues
- Training and educating clients on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data
- Developing and maintaining up-to-date documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices
- Partnering closely with various cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and KPIs
- Preparing and delivering periodic executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform and guide critical business decisions
- Designing and implementing comprehensive and consistent strategies, tools, and processes related to dashboard maintenance and reporting support
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, preferably in a client support or related operational setting
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to drive operational improvements
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Project/program management, process improvement, influencing, modeling, and consulting skills
