Job Summary: Front Desk Agent at Scalesforth

As a Front Desk Agent at Scalesforth, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and enhancing the overall guest experience. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations and inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

As a Front Desk Agent at Scalesforth, your responsibilities will include:

  • Guest Relations: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Reservation Management: Handle guest reservations and inquiries efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing their needs, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Problem Solving: Effectively resolve guest issues, escalating to management when necessary, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
