About the Role

As a Customer Care Associate at Walt Disney, you'll be the face (or rather, the voice) of our brand, providing exceptional customer service to our guests remotely. This part-time Associate-level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and offers a unique opportunity to work with a global entertainment leader. You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and chat.
