Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. You should have strong phone administration skills, active listening capabilities, and the ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees. Additionally, you should have strong attention to detail, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively.
