Digital Marketing - PPC Advertising Manager
We are looking for a PPC Advertising Manager who thrives on data, optimization, and driving measurable results. This role is responsible for building and managing high-performing paid media campaigns that deliver strong ROI, accelerate lead generation, and fuel revenue growth.
The right candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to analyze performance data, uncover insights, and take immediate action to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
• Own Performance Metrics: Manage campaigns with a focus on hitting and exceeding ROAS, CPA, and lead/conversion targets.
• Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and optimize paid search, display, remarketing, and social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Continuous Optimization: Run A/B tests, refine audience targeting, adjust bidding strategies, and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
• Budget Management: Allocate and scale budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining efficiency.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance daily, analyze data, and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Growth Focus: Identify new channels, ad formats, and strategies to expand reach and improve lead quality.
What Success Looks Like
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly KPIs for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
• Driving sustained growth in qualified leads and sales pipeline contribution.
• Improving Quality Scores, reducing wasted spend, and increasing efficiency across campaigns.
• Delivering clear, actionable performance reports that tie PPC efforts directly to business outcomes.
Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets monthly with strong ROI results.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization) and landing page testing.
• Google Ads or Microsoft Ads certification preferred.
