Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Claims Follow-up: Proactively follow up on missing information to process claims in a timely manner.
- Invoicing and Accuracy: Review invoices to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile reports from systems with claims information, providing valuable insights to support our team.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.
- Computer and Typing Skills: Basic computer skills and typing accuracy with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in claims coordination or a related field is an asset.
