We are a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about creating positive change and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. **Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values your well-being and personal growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. * Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. * Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. * Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements. * Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. * Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. * Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. * Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. * Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities. * Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role. * Perform related work as required. **Essential Qualifications and Skills** * Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. * Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. * Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education. * Bilingual in Spanish preferred. **Preferred Qualifications and Skills** * Experience working with database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At MOC, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
