About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers who contact us for a variety of reasons. You'll be responsible for providing solutions, answering questions, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed.
- Operate with empathy, kindness, and patience, utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Collaborate with teammates and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a customer-centric culture.
- Be open to feedback, willing to learn, and adapt to changing business needs.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) - demonstrated through a written assessment.
- Ability to multi-task, navigate computer systems, and perform well under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers for data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet.
- Flexibility to shift schedules and work overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.

- Previous experience working in a remote or flexible environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and technology.
Technical Requirements
- A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions and background noise.
