Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from applicants via phone, email, and chat, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve their queries.
- Provide technical assistance to applicants, enabling them to complete their applications seamlessly.
- Navigate our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicants' questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Show empathy and understanding towards applicants, providing personalized support and care.
- Stay up-to-date with our application programs, ensuring you're knowledgeable about the latest features and updates.
- Identify inefficiencies in our workflows and suggest solutions to improve our customer service experience.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support to customers.
- Technically savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapting to new challenges and priorities with ease.
- Ability to handle a high volume of activity across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat).
- High level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.
- U.S. work authorization is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual abilities (English/Chinese (Mandarin)/Spanish) are preferred, but not required.
- Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule is preferred.
