Position Overview: Energy Services Data Entry Clerk
As an Energy Services Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and organization of our digital files, supporting the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This role is pivotal in enabling our team to deliver high-quality services, make informed decisions, and drive positive change in the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
- Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt, ensuring seamless information flow.
- Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc., to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
- Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings, staying engaged and informed.
- Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities, fostering continuous growth and improvement.
- Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role, upholding the trust placed in blithequark by its clients and stakeholders.
- Perform related work as required, demonstrating a willingness to support the team and adapt to changing needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To excel as an Energy Services Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you should possess:
- An Associate degree or equivalent professional experience, providing a solid foundation in administrative or human services contexts.
- Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes, demonstrating an understanding of the challenges and needs of our client base.
- Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education, allowing for flexibility in candidate backgrounds.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred, enhancing your ability to communicate with a broader range of clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in database management systems and software, particularly Monday.com, is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration with the team and delivery of high-quality services.
