About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting a variety of complex financial products, services, and customer segments through multiple channels, including phone, text, chat, and video chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Support customary care for complex financial products and services, identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes and proposing solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform moderately complex research to resolve customer issues, collaborating with other departments as needed to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Receive direction from management and escalate non-routine questions or issues, providing best-in-class customer experiences through expert knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Adhere to work guidelines, policies, and regulations, ensuring compliance and risk management in all interactions.
  • Interact with management, peers, and external customers to provide product and service information, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives, sharing insights and ideas to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in assessing and meeting customer needs or solving customer problems, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, management, and peers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands.

Preferred Qualifications
