Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customary care and proactively seeking out ways to improve a variety of complex financial products, services, or select customer segments through various channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat, and more. You will offer ideas or solutions for the customer success group and perform moderately complex research to resolve complex customer problems, including communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customary care and proactively seek out ways to improve complex financial products, services, or select customer segments
  • Offer ideas or solutions for the customer success group
  • Perform moderately complex research to resolve complex customer problems
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Receive direction from management and escalate non-routine questions when answering inquiries or resolving issues
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience
  • Adhere to work guidelines, policies, and regulations
  • Interact with management, peers, and others within the customer success group, as well as external customers, on products, services, or customer segments

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2+ years of experience in assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
