Key Responsibilities:
- Take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
- Communicate professionally in a conversational manner, utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide punctual, reliable, and dedicated service to make a difference in our customers' experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional customer service and drive results.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Successful completion of mandatory training.
- Customer service experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word).
- Must type a minimum of 25 WPM.

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
