Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across blithequark's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure optimal engagement and customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of social media content, guidelines, and procedures to enhance customer engagement and experience.

Essential Qualifications
