**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to work remotely with our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our clients receive the highest level of service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests
* Check work process reports to ensure that required data is available
* Request any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
* Output, print, and list reports
* Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
* Maintain departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
* Monitor supply stock or arrange supplies as needed
* Assist other staff members in related tasks on a case-by-case basis
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science)
* 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with data entry software (e.g., Excel, Access)
* Knowledge of database management systems
* Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
