Job Highlights and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for using diagnostic assessments to determine the strengths and weaknesses of each student and developing a series of activities to help them master missing or weak mathematical skills. This will involve working one-on-one with students, creating personalized learning plans, and utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and motivate learners.
- Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have prior experience teaching mathematics in an elementary classroom and possess excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when working with reluctant learners. A BS or BA degree in education or a related field, as well as math endorsement and/or additional training in best practices in mathematics teaching, are preferred.
