About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and utilize B2B and B2C skills to drive revenue growth
  • Use product knowledge to build strong client relationships and find new ways to retain customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1+ year of proven hard sales experience, meeting quotas, working on commission, and selling products and/or services
  • A strong understanding of the sales/selling process, building relationships, communication skills, negotiation techniques, and closing deals
  • Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and communication skills
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing sales strategies and customer needs
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a reliable backup plan in case of technical issues
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales and customer service principles
